a gathering space for filmmaker-changemakers,
a documentary concocting space for change.

See how documentary stories can ignite change.

Good Pitch actualize collaboration between FILMMAKER and CHANGEMAKER in film project production through to !mpact distribution. The goal is one: to create the broadest possible change in society.

CHANGEMAKERS in Good Pitch Indonesia can come from various lines: civil society organizations, non-profit institutions, philanthropists, policymakers, brands, media on social issues, and individuals who care about issues.

In this 3rd edition, Good Pitch offers intensive impact distribution development for selected projects through the !mpact Lab.

The peak was at the Good Pitch Indonesia 2024 Live Forum on 6 & 7 March 2024. The FILMMAKERS and their impact distribution teams presented their plans in front of hundreds of CHANGEMAKERS to attract more comprehensive collaboration.

Good Pitch Indonesia 2024 presented the documentary films by Indonesian FILMMAKERS, which shows stories of the resilience of marginalized communities in Indonesia. Through these films, we hope the stories touch the audience’s empathy and move them to help create change and impact for public.

Eight film projects (including projects that presented on the Good Pitch Live Forum) developed their impact distribution in !mpact Lab, held offline and online from 3 July – 5 September 2023.

The other four projects involved in !mpact Lab have their impact distribution plans ready and are open to collaborating with CHANGEMAKERS.

A DISTANT CALL

A NEVER ENDING STORIES

What is !mpact?

We often hear how documentary filmmakers in Indonesia work out of anxiety or a desire to make changes. Many good works are born from this intention. Still, many also need help gaining meaning in the public sphere after the film is finished.

!mpact answers these challenges by prioritizing filmmaker-changemaker collaboration from the production stage to documentary distribution. Now filmmakers and Changemakers can learn !mpact distribution in just one click, anytime and anywhere.
