Synopsis

A collaboration between Woman Farmer Group and an Artist who see inequality of food distribution, so they create photography mapping that hopefully can connect city-village, especially on food sources and distribution.

More about Film

Following activities of woman farmers who take us to travel around the village in Lendah, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. They face everyday challenges such as social contribution, pests, and the distribution of agriculture products collectively with their green fingers. Also, a collaboration with an artist on creating photography mapping to connect city and villages. Together they collect information and share it with the wider public to strengthen local food security.

Anita Reza Zein
Director
Anita Reza Zein graduated from Film and Television Production at the Indonesia Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta. Her debut short documentary, Dulhaji Dolena, was nominated at the Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) and in competition at VGIK International Film Festival. She attended Talent Campus at Fajr International Film Festival in Iran (2017), Summer Scholarship at The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography/VGIK in Russia (2017), and Looking China program (2018). Anita has been in charge of the Documentary Film Festival (FFD) since 2017. She also works as a freelance filmmaker for various international media and companies.
