Amelia HapsariProgram Director
As the Program Director, Amelia designs In-Docs’ strategies, programs, and oversees their implementation.
She is also responsible for fundraising and creating partnerships that fuel In-Docs’ works.
Her past experiences include managing a non-profit production house in East Timor, editing news for China Radio International in Beijing, as well as producing and directing documentaries that have won national and international awards. She joined In-Docs as the Program Director in 2012.
Meuthia SusantiAccount / Office Manager
Meuthia Susanti graduated from Faculty of Performing Arts Management of Jakarta Art Institute at 2006.
She had over 10 years experience in management, including program management and budgeting requirements for Yayasan Kelola, a nonprofit organization who focuses on Indonesian arts and Cultures.
Meuthia joined In-Docs as an Account/Office Manager in 2015. She manages all administrative paperworks, including budget-planning and financial reports.
Since 2014, Varadila manages various In-Docs’ programs including Docs By The Sea, IF/Then and Dare to Dream Asia.
She graduated from Faculty of Social and Political Studies in University of Indonesia majoring in Mass Communication. Since 2004, she was involved in Minikino, an organization focusing on short film disseminations based in Jakarta and Bali.
She joined Jakarta International Film Festival (JiFFest) in 2006 as a website officer, and was appointed as Program Manager in 2009. She still serves as a programmer for several film festivals in Indonesia.
Zakiah (Kiki)Program Manager
Kiki started to expand her film vocabularies during her time in university. This led her into co-founding Minikino in 2002, an organization that promotes short films, which opened the door to diverse work experience at film festivals and film productions. For the past 4 years she has deepened her competence in film preservation.
She was with In-Docs in 2006–2010 as the workshop coordinator. She re-joined in 2018 to manage various programs, including Docs By The Sea Co-Production Scheme and Good Pitch Indonesia.
Vauriz Bestika (Aiz)Program Officer
Vauriz graduated from Faculty of Humanity in University of Indonesia majoring in Indonesian Literature.
She started her career as an Editor in some media and publications, including Penerbit Erlangga and IndoPROGRESS. In 2012, she joined Kineforum and found her passion in managing arts and cultural program.
She worked as a Project Manager in dapoerdongeng noesantara and in 2018 joined In Docs as a Program Officer for IF/Then, Docs By The Sea, #AkuSiapBersikap and Good Pitch Indonesia.
Albertus Wida (Obe)Program Officer
Albertus Wida (Obe) graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2018, majoring in Engineering Physics.
His passion in film blossomed as he designed the program for Ganesha Film Festival in 2016. He is still an active Film Programmer, mainly as the Head of Programmer for Bahasinema, a film community based in Bandung that focuses on film criticism and screening.
He works for In Docs as Program Officer of Docs by The Sea, School Of Seeing and Good Pitch.
